For those who have never attended, we schedule a time slot for each team so that each team manager gets as close to our undivided attention as possible. This hopefully makes the job of being a team manager less burdensome than it otherwise might have been. Everyone on the Board was there to help out. Thanks to our current registrar, Ruth Tiplady, our registrar-in-training, Shannon Weger, and two of our directors-at-large, Eric Montressor and Laura Brent, for handling the first and most difficult "station" -- player and team roster verification and registration. Thanks also to treasurer, Kim Lemaux, and secretary, Lesley McDougall, for handling the next station, that being payments. Thank you to president, Elma Riley, for being a general all-purpose problem-solver as questions arose. Thank you to our new league scheduler, Amy Janczarek, for being there to size up how best to tackle forming the 2019 schedule and to throw her help in where needed. Thank you to Cindy Dillon, our vice president and also our league scorekeeper, for not only helping where needed, but for providing insight in to the process of field insurance with USASA and MSA. And lastly, thank you to former Board member, Alyson Lobert, for working with our third director-at-large and current webmistress, Laura Vogel, in debugging the IP redirects from the hosting account. Does this sound exhausting? It wasn't. It was exhilarating, not exhausting. Yes, it would have been exhausting, if many hands were not there to make light the load. But it was exhilarating because it was yet another proof point that your league runs because there are so many of us willing to volunteer our time and talents to support the sport that we love. If you have a little bit of love to share, please raise your hand and ask how you can help! 3/9/2019 Check Out The Facebook Feed
